We publish data-driven research and guidance to help engineering organizations develop better, more sustainable products — and we're currently recruiting **industry experts to participate in our research** on batch changeover practices in fine and specialty chemicals manufacturing.

We're looking to speak with site-level manufacturing leaders — **Heads of Manufacturing, Plant Managers, Directors of Operations, VPs of Manufacturing, or Site Directors** — who carry accountability for throughput, yield, cost, and compliance. If you experience changeover as a schedule disruption, a capacity constraint, and a risk management problem — and you have firsthand opinions on operational agility, flexibility, and the cost of institutional knowledge walking out the door — we want to hear from you.

**Who We're Looking to Interview**

Our research focuses on batch production (not continuous process) in fine or specialty chemical environments. Strong candidates will:

• Hold director or VP-level accountability for a production site or manufacturing function
• Manage a team with direct floor responsibility — not a purely strategic or corporate role
• Be responsible for batch operations in fine or specialty chemicals
• Have been involved in new product introduction or recipe revision within the past 12 months
• Have active batch changeover activity — NPI, recipe revision, or multi-product campaigns on shared equipment
• Work for a company with $50M+ in revenue, with direct production accountability (owner-operator preferred)

This is a **paid research participation engagement** — straightforward and low-commitment. Here's how it works:

- **One-hour remote interviews** conducted via Zoom on a scheduled basis

- **Your insights inform our independent research.** What you share is one of many inputs we use to develop our own perspective — your views will not be attributed to you or shared directly with clients

- **Paid hourly** for each interview you complete

- **No disruption to your current role.** Keep your job (or your retirement) — this is purely supplemental. Our conversations focus on industry trends, processes, and practices, never anything specific to your employer

- **Starts with a brief fit conversation** to make sure the engagement works for both parties before any agreement is signed
