Research Participant Opportunity | Fine/Specialty Chemicals Quality

Austin, TX

Lifecycle Insights is an independent research and insights firm. We publish data-driven research and guidance to help engineering organizations develop better, more sustainable products — and we're currently recruiting **industry experts to participate in our research** on batch changeover practices in fine and specialty chemicals manufacturing.

We're looking to speak with senior quality leaders — **Heads of Quality, Quality Directors, Quality Assurance Managers, VPs of Quality, or Directors of Quality Assurance** — who set and enforce quality standards, own deviation investigation and CAPA management, and are accountable for batch release. If changeover means compliance risk and release bottlenecks to you, and you've lived the pain of slow deviation investigations and unreliable batch traceability, we want to hear from you.

We have a particular interest in leaders from regulated segments where the stakes of quality events are high: pharma intermediates, agrochemicals, and food/feed ingredients.

**Who We're Looking to Interview**

Our research focuses on batch production (not continuous process) in fine or specialty chemical environments. Strong candidates will:

  • Hold director or manager-level quality responsibility in a batch chemical manufacturing environment
  • Be directly involved in batch release decisions and deviation management
  • Come preferably from a regulated segment — pharma intermediates, agrochemicals, or food/feed ingredients
  • Have active batch changeover activity — NPI, recipe revision, or multi-product campaigns on shared equipment
  • Work for a company with $50M+ in revenue, with direct production accountability (owner-operator preferred)

---

**What Participation Looks Like**

This is a **paid research participation engagement** — straightforward and low-commitment. Here's how it works:

- **One-hour remote interviews** conducted via Zoom on a scheduled basis

- **Your insights inform our independent research.** What you share is one of many inputs we use to develop our own perspective — your views will not be attributed to you or shared directly with clients

- **Paid hourly** for each interview you complete

- **No disruption to your current role.** Keep your job (or your retirement) — this is purely supplemental. Our conversations focus on industry trends, processes, and practices, never anything specific to your employer

- **Starts with a brief fit conversation** to make sure the engagement works for both parties before any agreement is signed

**About Lifecycle Insights**

We are a research firm, not a consulting or staffing company. Our mission is to produce independent, data-driven insights that help engineering organizations improve. We work with integrity — our research perspectives are formed internally, drawing on expert interviews as one input among many.
